About Dale Roberts
Dale Roberts has lead customer success and professional services teams for over 20 years and has advised some of the largest businesses in the world on customer experience, customer success, analytics and digital strategies. He is the author of Decision Sourcing (Gower, 2013) World of Workcraft (Ashgate, 2015) and has contributed chapters to Leading the Project Revolution (Routledge, Edited by Darren Dalcher, 2018) and The Customer Success Pioneer (Practical Inspiration, Authored by Kellie Lucas, 2019).
Today, Dale is in private practice advising rapidly growing SaaS companies on customer success programs and mediating win-win outcomes between digital businesses and customers in dispute or in stalled negotiations.

Dale is based in Surrey, is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a member of the Society for Computers and Law, a CEDR accredited mediator, a Surrey County Council community mediator and a runner. His most ambitious race, a marathon from Everest Base Camp to Namche Bazaar, in May 2019 is the inspiration for the company name ‘Jam Jam’ a Sherpa term shouted encouragingly to get the days hiking underway.
